Marianne Fink

Marianne’s love of paper, verse, and colour are a natural progression from her love of nature and people. She is a passionate gardener, watercolour artist, and card maker. She creates each card with a ‘certain someone’ in mind and quite often spends hours placing different papers with different stamps until she is satisfied that she has created that certain something that will catch the eye of someone searching for just the perfect occasion card. Each card is ‘one of a kind’.

Marianne is a dedicated volunteer and has volunteered in some capacity since she was a young girl. Currently, she is very involved with Sorrentino’s Compassion House as an active ‘House Volunteer’ and fundraiser, and continues to expand her role in the volunteer community. She loves to travel and wherever she ventures she is sure to find a paper and stamp shop to expand her inventory and imagination.

Having retired from nursing in 2002, Marianne was looking for a creative outlet and is forever grateful to Donna for giving her the opportunity to share her talents with others at Shmilar Kwong.
